Cancellation Policies:
Cancellation Policy - We require a minimum of 14 days notice to reschedule a charter using the applied deposit. Failure to do so will forfeit your deposit. Deposits are nonrefundable.
No Show Policy - If a minimum 48 hours notice of cancelation is not given to Tenacious Charters or the party is a "no-show," the full cost of the trip for 6 people is still due.
Foul Weather Policy - In the event of inclement weather or the forecast of inclement weather, unless contacted by Captain Jacob you are required to show up on the date of the charter. If it is determined by Captain Jacob that the weather is too severe, your deposit will be applied to a later date.

*Prices do not include tip for the mate* Mates work exclusively for tips (20% is customary), and work hard to ensure that you have a safe and pleasant experience. Fish cleaning is available at an additional cost.*Pricing is based upon a flat-rate fee for up to 6 guests, an additional fee is applied for each person over six passengers.
