Thank You for visiting Tenacious Fishing Charters, Captained by 3rd generation Charter captain, Capt. Jacob Henderson.  Tenacious Charters is a Family owned and operated Chesapeake Bay Charter for Striped Bass (more locally known as Rockfish) as well as other species such as Bluefish, Spanish Mackerel, Cobia and Red Drum. We also do some bottom fishing for Spot, Perch and Croakers. We've even caught some Catfish! The Tenacious Fishing Charter service is located in Deale, MD, slipped at Happy Harbor Restaurant. We are located less than 45min from Baltimore, Kent Island and Washington, DC; and only 20 minutes south of Annapolis. We fish mid-April through December out of multiple ports to include Annapolis and Solomons, but Deale will always be home.

A Tenacious Experience

We specialize in family charters and company outings. We take a very versatile approach to our fishing as we offer trolling, jigging, live baiting and bottom fishing. It is not uncommon to do a little of each on a day trip. We encourage our anglers to participate as much as possible. While fishing on board the Tenacious you will learn not only how we do it, but also why we do it. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like as we are there not only to provide a fun experience, but a learning experience as well. From seasoned anglers, to the novice, the Tenacious provides a safe and fun atmosphere to enjoy a beautiful day fishing and cruising the Chesapeake Bay.
